Brenda Lynch, Esq. Of Counsel

Brenda Lynch is Of Counsel to Hornberger Verbitsky, P.C.

Brenda is the Principal of The Lynch Law Group a law firm focused on Elder Law, Estate Planning and closely related areas.

Brenda represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries of a trust or an estate. She has over 20 years of experience advising fiduciaries (Executors and Trustees) on the duties and responsibilities of being a fiduciary. She also represents beneficiaries in ensuring that they receive the assets that they are entitled to in a timely fashion from an estate and/or trust. She also works with the Trust and Estate Litigation Department when matters cannot be resolved amicably.

Brenda earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the New York City, Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations. In addition, she is a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section’s Subcommittee on Mediation. This organization focuses on alternative dispute resolution in guardianship and contested surrogate matters.

Brenda derives a great deal of personal and professional satisfaction from working closely with seniors and their families during some of the most difficult periods of lives—the loss of a loved one.

The overall goal is to make the many duties involved in settling an estate as stress-free and efficient as possible for clients.
