She has over 20 years of experience advising fiduciaries (Executors and Trustees) on the duties and responsibilities of being a fiduciary. She also represents beneficiaries in ensuring that they receive the assets that they are entitled to in a timely fashion from an estate and/or trust. She also works with the Trust and Estate Litigation Department when matters cannot be resolved amicably.
